The Problem

ECA's 20+ year old granulated modified roof had multiple leaks along parapet walls, drains, and near skylights. Skylights were out of current building code compliance and lacked OSHA-required fall protection.

The Solution

Restco stripped the existing roof to the plywood deck, replaced all rotted plywood, installed Class A fire-rated Densdeck base board, completed the roof with GAF EverGuard 60 mil TPO, installed new 8" curb skylights to meet code, added OSHA-compliant burglar bars for fall protection, and applied Kynar coated double-cleated concealed fastener 24-gauge metal coping caps on parapet walls. Backed by a warranty up to 30 years with annual inspections.
